What is Ekoz?

Sunday 10 February 2008

EKOZ develops a universal computing technology that is insensitive to the volume and to the combinative complexity, rooted in the revolutionary mathematical model conceived by its founder Ouzi Koskas.

Based on a revolutionary representation of data, EKOZ technology is offered as a library of computing and data management functions. By reducing the Cartesian product of tables to a mere sum, it enables machines with a modest processing power, to operate on very large volumes of data and to find in a split second – and without any prior tuning – solutions that so far, required minutes, or even hours of very powerful and expensive resources. Furthermore, EKOZ’ technology makes it possible to find the answers to complex problems that so far, were considered impossible to solve in polynomial time.

This new environment is bound to become a universal development platform and will prompt quantum leaps in the evolution of information technology, as well as in the scientific research and in the industry.

When volumes are huge, call Ekoz

The last trading loss incident at Societe General shed a new light on the necessity for very strict information system control procedures. According to a recent article in french newspaper AGEFI, preventing such incidents is not out of reach, provided you have the technology able to handle huge volume of data (clic to enlarge).

AGEFI comments on SG trading loss incident

The good news is that such a powerful engine, able to deal with all data feeds, including volumes as high as 500 000 operation per day, do exist: it’s exactly what Ekoz Technology has been designed to perform.
